The most valuable employees are the most productive employees.
Don't worry, it's not just more hard work...
It's fun discovering your own 'Personal Working Style' as you work your way through the quiz's and course modules, and identify your personal strengths and weaknesses in each area of procrastination and productivity.
You can become more productive quickly; which doesn't mean simply getting more done, or taking on more work, it means getting more of the 'right' things done.

"The course is just what I needed - you have helped me to realise why I have been experiencing such strong feelings of being overwhelmed and underproductive. Thank you."

I'm Linda Nevin, founder of AskMeTraining.com, a website dedicated to personal and professional development for working women.
As an experienced trainer and facilitator I have taught a range of technical and soft skills courses.
Much of my skills and knowledge were picked up in the workforce, moving from job to job, until I started attending lectures and classes on evenings and studying on weekends.
Leaving high school at 15 with no qualifications, I felt very fortunate to eventually attend University as an adult student. This was a dream come true for me, and something I had always believed was out of my reach, especially after starting a family. The focused learning and qualifications opened doors in my career that were previously closed.
I share my story because I truly believe that if I can change my career opportunities through study then so can others. You can't change your past, however, it really is never too late to change your future.
Through the combination of studying and work experience in the fields of Human Resources, Business Psychology, and Adult Education, I now help others to expand their knowledge, skills and future possibilities.
My passion for learning and teaching led to me working for New Zealand's leading University of extramural study as the Manager of IT Training for staff, and post graduate students.
I know firsthand that upskilling and ongoing learning can significantly change your life for the better, and I'm driven to creating courses that assist working women with their professional development and career success.
